So glad your back! The content you guys put out is so important and I think it’s needed now more than ever. I used to be the CrossFit Games hopeful that hammered myself all week long, multiple times a day. It wasn’t until I found the earlier podcasts that I took a step back and realized how nice it is to move well and feel good, opposed to being broke down 24/7.
Question for you guys…I’m a 38 year old male and in great shape. I’ve started jiu jitsu 3x per week but want to continue training CrossFit as well. What are your suggestions on the proper CrossFit training volume to aid in jiu jitsu training while preventing burnout. Thanks!
