“Guys. Starting off with a bang! I remember the excitement every time I got in the car to listen to each episode. I was a late adopter initially and I remember being so disappointed when I caught up. I actually had to wait for the next episode... Anyways my question. I hear a lot of former games athletes talking now about how they have dialed it back and dialed back the intensity piece. Do you think you have gone a bit far? For most people, they have never/never will be an elite athlete. They most likely won't ever hit their physical capacity. I'm all for not hammering yourself into the ground but isn't intensity still important? Isn't tracking progress for these people still important?
