“You can tell he has a lot of information to share. I think he needs to stay more focused on one topic per episode. When he covers too many items he starts to get quite general with his information. He does tend to go into detail with some items I find are irrelevant.
He said his methods are applicable to anyone no matter what their income. After the first two episodes I found myself questioning this. He and his wife purchased their first home after university. Where did the down payment come from? How was this possible? Also he mentioned they both had typical incomes for new grades in their 20s. Last time I checked new grads are mostly underemployed or unemployed. A household income of 35k is a lot more difficult to deal with than a household income of 75k. A lot of them have at least 30k in student debt.
I'd like him to provide more advice for individuals paying rent or for a mortgage, with student debt, trying to invest/save and making a moderate income 35-55k.”Read full review »
