“This show started up last Fall and I've been listening since its inception. It's hard to explain why, especially since most weeks they discuss games I've never come close to starting, but I listen anyway. This might have to do with the foundation laid by Leon and Tony, who are quite adept at keeping the discussions both well-paced and informative. The other reason may well be the fact their rotating stable (for lack of a better word) of co-hosts ensures, with rare exception, that the entire panel is well-versed in each week's game. Which is good, given that the games discussed are usually so old that most of their secrets are already well-known.
Bottom line: if you're looking for a show that busies itself with chasing the next new thing, then by all means keep looking. At Cane and Rinse, they will review no game before its time.”Read full review »

“Always entertaining, never patronising. The team give honest assessments of the games, and aren't afraid to tip over a few sacred cows when the occasion calls for it.”Read full review »
