You're Wrong About Nocturne
I kept waiting for any of the hosts to correct each other's wrong takes about SMT3 Nocturne's gameplay, but with the exception of Leah who used a walkthrough, they all missed blatant mechanics, switched to easy mode, then complained that easy mode lessened the game's impact. Nobody seemed to differ in opinion or insight, and the show's pacing felt disjointed since there was never any disagreement or rebuttal throughout the entire episode. Also it bugged me how someone kept suggesting that FromSoftware might have taken inspiration from Nocturne's method of minimalist storytelling for Dark Souls, despite that From had been using that style since King's Field from 1994.Read full review »

Only gave 3 star as I only listen to half the podcasts at best. Fantastic new podcast. Having Leon and Tony together is somewhat of a podcast dreamteam and the return of Jay rounds things of nicely. Great to see them try something different with the format which will see them stand out from the crowd. Top stuff.
