I have to say, I'm even learning about leadership and management styles while being immensely entertained. I'm a sci-fi junky and your explanation of how the ships engineering to their galleys sound completely credible. I come from a long line of mariners (going back to my great grandfather, to even my brother; my father was a captain in the Navy and all the children call him Skipper instead of grandpa!)
