“This is a really fun podcast hosted by a couple of music nut friends whose chemistry and enthusiasm really carry the show. Doesn’t hurt that they’ve chosen a musical genre - krautrock - that is chronically underserved in the podcast space. If I were to offer some constructive criticism it would be that I’d love to see them do a deeper dive in regards to each bands history, a la NO DOGS IN SPACE (which has a similar format but with a focus on punk / post-punk) rather than the current approach which plays up their ‘enthusiastic newbie’ vibe. The most recent episode, where they interviewed a krautrock-influenced musician for a deep dive into the world of analogue synths was a lot of fun and a definite highlight. Would love to see this show grow into the krautrock-behemoth I know it could be, and am excited to see how it develops.”
