Suzanne Alexander, M.Ed., is the co-author and editor of the newly released book, The Ancestral Diet Revolution, along with renowned physician, author, nutrition researcher, and speaker Dr. Chris Knobbe, MD - who was also recently on the show. Together they've begun visiting indigenous peoples in Southeast Asia and Africa to document their lifestyle and nutrition habits.
Suzanne is a multi-award-winning educator with over 30 years of experience in the classroom and a highly accomplished health and nutrition researcher with over 40 years of research to her credit. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in education from the State University of New York at Cortland. Suzanne furthered her graduate studies for many years working towards her Ph.D. in Health and Nutrition.
