Wade through the banter, the content is
THe first dozen episodes have great content, but fall too often into uninteligible inside jokes. As time has progressed, I think they found a better rhythm and I feel more able to listen. They still go on long discourses about places and things I've never heard of, but it's totally worth it to wade through the banter. Once they start getting on topic, they offer the best discussion I've ever heard on most of these topics. They're giving Catholics the chance to engage wider culture in an honest way. It's ok... The first episode I listened to was a guy with a Greg and it was a good listen. I got excited about the podcast because the discussion and the cussing. I don't listen to a lot of Podcasts but this one is my favorite. It's like listening to old college friends and is strongly relateable to men 30 and older who sit on that line of faith and society, Great job guys.Read full review »
