Love this. Recently diagnosed. Had NO IDEA what all people like me did that others did not. Just assumed everyone else was like me. It’s really interesting to learn more. I love the banter and stories. I also wildly appreciate the bell. Literally if I get bored or fail to pay attention (as per my tendency), I can chime out and chime back in when the subject changes. Awesome. β€οΈπŸ’œπŸ’™ I’m glad I found you on tik tok and it lead to listening and learning more. I have shared this with my friends with the same issue. This is the best way for me to learn coping skills and just get out of my own head with the knowledge that there are more people like me out there.

These two are so open and honest and oh so relatable. I was diagnosed with ADD at age 5, I have never learned more about myself or felt so understood. When the pandemic gets isolating I listen to this podcast because it feels like I’m just having a conversation with friends who get it.
