“I love Cas! She is so realistic! She understands that with life comes "things." She helps you see how to better manage those things and not let them take over. She also helps you feel normal! I loved he Marie Kondo episode. I had read the book and felt like a failure because I didn't have time to dump my entire closet onto my bed and touch every item waiting for a spark of joy.
