Must listen!
Coe takes true stories from country music’s history that after decades of having been blurred down into folklore and hand me downs, dredges them back up for a lively, modern presentation. Coe is a fantastic historian, who’s always quick to point out places where he isn’t sure it’s 100% factual but most of the time, it’s offered with his guarantee that these stranger than fiction things really happened exactly as he spins it. Highly recommended!
