Initially working as a radio announcer and a camera operator for PBS, she then spent five years in finance, two of which were in a management position. Amanda transitioned to a role as a Legislative Auditor for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury, and currently works in Federal contracting with the Department of Defense. She values work-life balance and personal investment, and resides in Tennessee with her husband, Loren, and their two sons.
