Great fun to listen to even if you're not a pro chef
I'm new to cooking, and I have a growing interest in all the science behind it, and so Dave's encyclopedic knowledge and rapid-fire delivery is almost too much. But he's never unwilling to explain what he's talking about for those of us who are just learning, and Nastassia is always ready to keep him in check. This show has pockets of real culinary wisdom mixed with knowledgeable nonsense. Food focussed but happy to tangent into any subject - and I mean any! Some great guests with real industry stories and always a funny story to share. Highly recommended.
