The cooking issues team does an amazing job. Dave and Nastassia do a fantastic job answering food science and cooking related questions with a fun and laid back atmosphere. Vegan face for the win!

Why does the host even invite a guest? I was really looking forward to hearing from the Anova guy about the Precision Oven, but the host spent the entire time telling the guest things that he should have been asking. Also, all the stories and rants and I’m just left with “ug…”
