Great podcast! I have been doing high intensity strength training for about a year and a half now. I felt like progress had stalled out, and I came across your podcast about a month ago. You ask great questions of your guests, and listening has helped me to examine some of my protocols and modify them to get progress to start up again.
In one of your interviews with Simon Shawcross, you mentioned that he pointed out to you that you can be improving form, improving turn arounds, or simply reaching failure more efficiently and you might still be improving even though your time under load or repeitions appear stalled. Upon thinking about that, I got my wife to video my most recent workout and found the feedback to be extremely valuable.
