Incredible!
This podcast has been my #1 default podcast longer than all the other health and wellness ones I listen to. Lawrence has also gotten a lot more skilled at asking better questions and controlling the conversation as this podcast has evolved. As a HIT facility owner in the bay area, I need to stay in the loop on all things HIT and Lawrence impressively gets all the best minds in HIT and beyond to be on his podcast - all the people I reference and share with my clients on a regular basis. I hope he keeps a consistent schedule as I get really sad when too much time goes by between episodes. WHen that happens, I usually just relisten to an old episode as I always relearn something great. Keep up the great work man! - Owen, Live Oak Strength & Nutrition, Emeryville, CA

This is one of the finest fitness and nutrition podcasts available. The guests are among the leading minds in the industry and each bring their unique perspectives to the interviews. Great job, Lawrence Neal! Highly recommended.
