I stumbled upon your website about a year ago when looking for information on high intensity strength training and thought it was about time I dropped you a line. come from a background in competitive endurance sport (injury and a beaten up body in the process) I was looking for safer and more productive ways to train. I drastically cut exercise back to a couple of times a week and started to feel a lot better. I started more on the topic (Body by Science, Mentzer, Clarence Bass, to name a few ) and discovered that less really is more.
I have really enjoyed your Podcasts but the one that really stood out for me was Ted Harrison. Last year I was on Holiday in the UK from Australia and met up with Ted for a workout (the same one that he put you through that really kicked my butt! ) after a couple of Skype Chats and contact through Facebook we have become good mates. Keep up the great work, I really appreciate what you do.
