“Coverville is, as the name suggests, a podcast that's all about cover songs. Each show usually has a theme of some sort, it can be listener requested covers (usually every Sunday), covers of a specific band or in a particular style.
Brian Ibbott guides you through a pleasant half hour or so of great, funny, and sometimes weird covers of both famous and lesser known songs, peppered with small tidbits of information about the original performers, the covering artists and the songs themselves.
All in all, a great podcast for anyone who likes music, no matter which style because pretty much every style gets played eventually. And who knows, perhaps a show has been made about your favourite band, and if not, you can always suggest it.
Check it out, you won't regret it.”Read full review »
