A great way to read the classics
I love this podcast!!! Some of the books I have read often on my own, but I have listened to the entire series, and there are many books i have never read, or would have put down without Heather's insights into the story to help pull me into the narrative. Thanks Heather for a wonderful podcast, you are witty, charming, and I love the life and crafting stories as well. And you have recommended many yarns and patterns over the years that have also made their way into my life. Thanks, and keep up the great podcast!!!Read full review »

Great books, well read, broken into segments and interspersed with crafty and general life story goodness. Perfection.

This show gives me everything I miss about taking english classes - the insights, the hidden jokes, the historical context - without any homework. I've been listening so long, that when I attended a talk Heather gave, it was like seeing an old friend. I recommend this show all the time.Read full review »
