“I listened to three Dice and Dialogue episodes about Monster of the Week; while the 4 hosts are clearly experienced and have good ideas, they’re hard to listen to. Alex and Brandon were thoughtful; but Ian interrupted a lot-- often to make juvenile or inside jokes -- and was hard to understand when excited. Justin seemed rigid, impatient, judgmental, and condescending. Whenever he asked for thoughts from others on the team, he passed judgment on what they said. (E.g., "I don't hate that idea.") Felt like hanging out with smart high-schoolers who have compensated for their lack of social skills by over-investing in RPGs.
