Shocking Bias
Lost me entirely after the last episode. Timeline is entirely wrong. 1. Most notable thing about injuries is no broken bones, not bruising or injuries except on arm and head. But somehow a car slammed into him? 2. FBI hired the PhD experts that told the Commonwealth (when ADA tried to push their theory) he was not hit by the SUV and you can’t deny physics and science” 3. Timeline is entirely wrong (car @ CPD before search, what evidenced was avail when… like ordering tow w/o warrant before seeing car or Karen) 4. MSP investigation & evidence collection/analysis is materially questionable at best. How none of this is highlighted is mind blowing 5. FBI is investigating the investigation.

Ugh
Phelps is hard to listen to. Not sure if he thinks he is funny? I tried getting through a couple episodes and it was just too painful and I gave up. Off to find something to listen to.
