I'm bummed, because I'm really interested in the subject matter from a historical and analytical perspective, but this show is all sensationalism and speculation delivered by bland, cable voice-over sounding hosts. The two-parter on the Manson murders might as well just be Helter Skelter as an audiobook. They also don't mind swaying from factual reality in order to achieve their sensationalist bent- they mention in the second part someone "surviving" being given an "almost lethal dose of LSD", when scientifically there is no such thing. If you like getting your information in "Refer Madness" format, this is the podcast for you! As for myself- unsubscribed.Read full review »

I enjoy this kind of program but the script reading sent me looking for something more conversational. Maybe if the hosts were discussing the material rather than just reading an article. I'll check again sometime.Read full review »

The Parcast Network has done it again! We are graced with another fantastic dramatic telling of history and psychology! Expect nothing less than the best from this podcast and other Parcast Network podcasts!

Not really exploring the personal angle, It was just from a general point of view, felt like I was listening to a cheesy crime show on the E channel.
