In this episode, I discuss how my healing journey has forced me to be more honest with myself and brought me to the realization that I'm not as healed as I thought I was. This year has made me see that in order to fully heal, I need to work on having a regulated nervous system. A big part of that is coming face to face with the most painful aspects of my past and dealing with emotional triggers. Healing ultimately brings peace and relief, but it also brings light to your deepest wounds and forces you to treat them. Real growth requires hard work and it's not easy. Healing is painful, but so is staying stuck in your trauma and toxic cycles. It's important to not suffer in vain.
