I really like this podcast. However, this guy Greg is always talking over his guests. I am looking forward to other voices in cheese leading the show interacting with guests. I have a very hard time listening to him.

I’ve learned a lot about the world of artisan cheese from this podcast: cheesemaking, the business of cheese, sustainability, current issues, etc. The guests are the leaders in the cheese world and the hosts know the business inside and out.
