“I have discovered SipandOm few weeks ago while on vacation and I wanted to meditate again after a long break. I started to listen to Mary Meckley's daily meditation podcasts and since my first experience I managed to meditate every day and enjoy it so much and it only takes about 15 min. I am grateful !
I tried to go back and meditate again few times in the past years but every time I tried I have quit shortly after mostly because it was either boring and or I did not have a clear structure I can follow.
The techniques themes and structure in which Mary leads her daily meditations include strong elements that are always simple short and so effective – breathing, Mudras, affirmations and more and Mary is always presenting her meditations with much passion and so much care.
