Guided Meditations 7 Days a Week. Yes!
I’ve been meditating for several decades now. The practice has allowed me to stay sane in the sometimes, seemingly insane world of being an entrepreneur. The pressures of our daily lives often push us (rather, we let them push us!) out of the Present Moment into the past or future and in the process we lose balance and connectedness to as Mary says, “…the best part of who we are.” This podcast is the perfect antidote. These podcast are absolutely amazing and uplifting. Thy are easy to follow and have beautiful calmin music in the background. Mary is so helpful and really focuses on the individual.
