Reinforces meditation practices
Really enjoy listening to these each morning before starting my day. I like to pair an episode with the breathing/reflect app on my iPhone. I usually do 5 minutes of each while listening to an episode to feel grounded and focused before I begin work. With the different themes each week, I learn from topics I wasn’t expecting to, while challenging myself to grow in meditation practices. This podcast is worth slowing down for.

How beautiful these meditations are. They are calming intuitive and a guide to a calm place. Each one is unique for whatever you may be going through or working on. Enjoy them. I did!
