“There is a jolt once the meditation ends and a commercial begins. When the commercial starts the volume goes way up. It’s very loud, and it seems to me counterproductive for meditation. I don’t know if this is specific to this meditation podcast or it happens on others but if there’s anyway you could control the commercial volume that will keep me listening otherwise I’m not going to listen”
