Salam friends! This week's episode is a fun one! We invite our two other sisters to join us for an honest conversation about our relationship dynamics. We start on describing our roles in the family and how each of us feels we contribute to the “whole”. We touch on the close bond we share and each highlights what we appreciate about one another and our relationship. In being vulnerable, we discuss our different approaches to conflict and how we connect- especially with the changing dynamic we have experienced as we are growing older. Our conversation highlights our appreciation for sticking together despite challenges and the fact that we can always rely on each other for support when needed. Additionally, we talk about challenges with maintaining loyalty within the sibling relationship in contrast to the importance of loyalty to parents. Our dialouge concludes on ways we can work on strengthening our relationship, including open and honest communication, working on ourselves as individuals and giving each other grace.
