The information is relevant to issues everyday runners may experience and practical tips and advice are given that can be applied no matter where you are at in your running journey. I recently listened to the ideal race day weight, and wow, I wish I would’ve heard this info a couple years ago. May have saved me some mental (and physical) agony. Alot of aha moments in that one! I’ve also been enlightened about how ridiculous BMI is. Baffles my mind it’s still accepted in the medical community. I look forward to listening to more podcasts!”
