Awesome and useful podcast!
I recently discovered this podcast and so glad I did! The information is relevant to issues everyday runners may experience and practical tips and advice are given that can be applied no matter where you are at in your running journey. I recently listened to the ideal race day weight, and wow, I wish I would’ve heard this info a couple years ago. May have saved me some mental (and physical) agony. Alot of aha moments in that one! I’ve also been enlightened about how ridiculous BMI is. Baffles my mind it’s still accepted in the medical community. I look forward to listening to more podcasts!

I love listening to this podcast. The guests are super interesting inspirational and very knowledgeable. I have been lucky to work with Serena before and I love the way she addresses the social determinants of health and really challenges diet culture and diet myths. .
