Always what I need to hear!
This week I was starting out my 12 mile run feeling defeated and unconfident. I decided to turn on this podcast while running and it completely changed my whole attitude and mindset. Serena shared so many valuable lessons and relatable insecurities. I started out my run that day feeling like I was not an athlete and not good enough. After listening to Serena, my confidence came back and I was so proud of myself when I finished that run. Thank you so much Serena! I’m always looking forward to each new episode.

Serena Marie RD, you are the real deal. You come each week with an episode full of nutrition wisdom, and authenticity! You share honestly and open and give super informative info for nutrition while running! I am excited each week when a new episode is dropped!
