Nutrition information every runner should hear!
Serena gives straight forward, science backed information on daily nutrition, fueling and hydration. I found her podcast after stressing for a couple of years about macro counting, fasting, and wondering if I should be fueling with “clean” foods….I have truly learned so much! I’m fueling way more now, not fasting, enjoying ALL foods, and just feeling so much better!!!
