“Hi guys good to hear your story again. Ella I truly love you, you are an inspiring person.
I am a big fun of you both. I had some food from the deli and also made some of your recipes.
I am turning 40, work in financial services at Canary Wharf , happily married but tired of all. I am just about to give up everything (not my on my marriage) to become a yoga teach and move to Asia. I am selling my properties back home and investing in something I am scare of but at the moment I just think it is the right thing. I live the present!!!
Also I am a big fun of honest feedback but I try to hide myself from social media so you will probably see me here more often.
Your first podcast was a great introduction to where you come from and what you achieved so far. And you guys were so excited about talking that Ella was interrupting Matt. So be careful when you have a different guest in your podcast.
I do the same and my husband hates it!!!
Points you can cover later on:
* how are you planning to maintain the quality, good price and make money when you want to reach people from all sort of background, culture, financial level.
* Ella is/was a community and now became a brand. Some, see Ella as a posh place to go. For an exemple after I leave my expensive yoga class in soho with my yogi friends we always eat at your deli. It is cool and trend. The girls love it. When I invite friends from a different social level or even from the running club they don’t want to go, they think they don’t fit to that kind of environment. How are you going to change this myth.
* are you not worried that Ella will become the Burberry of food industry?
* are you planing to work with children or teenagers who has the same/different health problem as you and teach them how to change their life- like internship. Giving back to the community.
*how about the farmers, people who grow your organic food? do they have a big impact in your business. How’s your relationship with them?
That’s all from me...I hope you can understand my views as I am writing while at work.”
