“Read all the way to the end! --
Well, I just listened to the episode 2 for the 3rd time and I've just let the mental chatter take over. I mean, our minds... so complicated, and fighting to suppress the thoughts is basically like mental constipation. Let it go!
Finally someone who hears it like it is. Sure, anyone can tell it. But he is attuned to a deeper place, listening like an ancient elder with modern sensibilities.
Dexter is really onto something here.
You can tell he's studied the masters, their cadences, their lingo, and pretty much stolen everything. The student became the teacher and now he's about to burn down the schoolhouse. Talk about Promethean.
While we can't ever hope to rise to the genius level Dex is functioning at, I'm pretty sure that listening will at least keep our intelligence from degrading lower than the baseline that is Tammy's MO. And isn't that a relief!!
PS: Dex, if Tammy considers shipping that delinquent off to some sort of juvenile military facility, I may know a couple guys that would go dutch with her at a local Cracker Barrel.

Delivery is spot on. Had me cracking up all throughout. Comedic timing, legitimately specific references to the topics at hand, and the sharp satirical observations of podcast tone and subject matters really carry this podcast to an enjoyable ride I look forward to continuing.”Read full review »
