Science, modern life and a bit of the buddha
Josh has a really great approach. It’s wholistic in that he grounds his talks in modern life situations, offers ancient contemplative tools to deal with them skillfully, and then explains the neuro-biological mechanics of how and why they are effective. I teach mindfulness in Europe, and turn to many teachers around the world for insight and inspiration. Josh is one I come back to time and time again.

Love this guy, he delivers a fresh fusion of psychology and Buddhism in a grounded and relatable manner. His voice is relaxing too, the guided meditations at the end of the talk are lovely.... a gem. Enjoyable mixture of the dharma and psychology in a how to approach to living in this world and with our reactive conceptual mind. Very humorous and frankly spoken from someone who has been there too. You have nothing to lose and it’s FREE anyway. Rick
