I like his approach. He is an important force for good. His understanding of the way feelings work and everything psychological, brainrelated, and secular buddhism is refreshing. Good also for therapists to learn new approaches to help people really resolve their learned patterns and such.

I get so much out of every episode. But I am disappointed when he gets political and pushes for communism/socialism….an incredibly oppressive form of government that crushes everyone except the elite powerful ones who run it.
