Works for triathletes too!
I switch back and forth between mountain bike racing and triathlon and with the guidance of Dialed Health, I was able to crush my first Ironman this year. I followed the off-season program and went injury-free throughout the entire season. 2 workouts a week were a perfect fit to balance with the large volume of training and I never felt overly fatigued heading into my next workout. Derek also provided me with some specific movements on the side to help strengthen my body for long durations spent in the aero/TT position. My race season is over now and I’m finally stoked for gym workouts thanks to easy to follow programming that Derek put together. This stuff works!!
