I just started listening to the Dialed Health podcast & I gotta say it’s way better than I ever imagined. So much insight from Derek & his guests… everything from accountability, mindset, food, workouts on and off the bike. There’s so many questions answered that the people in the back are too shy to ask or maybe don’t even know to describe. Super valuable info to the entire bike community. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to step your game up.
