Derek consistently gives positive advice and solid content on how to become a better biker. He keeps it real by pointing out ways to improve your biking that isn’t simply “spend more time on your bike”. Overall incredibly valuable and informative. I recommend trying out his workouts too, they will kick your butt in the best way.
