Sounds great!
Enjoyed listening to episode 97 to start I would like to add that I would consider it partially incorrect to say you need to have have access to a doctor to check your blood iron content. I live in Canada and one way I have found to monitor my own levels is simply to donate blood. I know not everyone is elegible but if you pass the questionnaire they will check hemoglobin for free!! Also useful to find out blood type. Cheers
