Dr. Scher is a brilliant cardiologist who knows how to do in-depth but engaging interviews with the world's top low-carb luminaries. What always comes across is his genuine curioisity about this developing science, his willingness to explore it no matter where the answers may lead, and his receptiveness to contrary arguments. This is the mark of an excellent scientist. Our poor state of nutritional data and recommendations wouldn't be where it is today if others shared this objective approach.
