“I can see why people like this podcast. The hosts are funny and very relatable. As someone who was anorexic and has fully recovered, I really feel for these women. I remember being that way and weighing myself all the time, and restricting my food, although I was severly restricting my food, and being so obessed with the way that people perceived me. It was hard, and it is hard. I have learned to love my body and to treat it well. That's not to say the hosts don't love their bodies and aren't treating them well. “The RD episode took us back about a decade or more in terms of nutrition and was full of blatant misinformation. I couldn’t believe half the stuff she said.
