I love this podcast because it made me really feel like I wasn’t alone. It’s absolutely awful that girls GROW UP with these notions and feelings towards food that are so negative and that translate into their body image. I love that both of these women recognize that this has effected them and they and their guests have conversations about this and so many other things around fitness, health and wellness. Many others like to gloss over the fact that we are all made to feel inadequate from a young age and make their journey to being a skinny, perfect “influencer” effortless. I appreciate the real ness and honesty on this podcast. Love you guys, keep it up.
