“This show has become a staple of my podcast listening. I get excited to see new episodes. Even when I am familiar with a topic and have read about it before, Matarese makes it interesting and new all over again. You can tell a lot of research and interest goes into each episode. I also appreciate that it does not feel sensationalist, and that when stories are going to cover particularly sensitive topics there is a note at the beginning. You can tell that she has really developed her storytelling skills since starting and I look forward to listening for a long time to come.”
