Megan makes so much sense!
Megan’s philosophy and method makes a lot of sense to me. So much of it is changing your mindset it relates to food. She teaches us how to get enough nutrition and calories to gain muscle. She reminds us that we must move our bodies daily to be healthy. She realizes that most diets for weight loss are not sustainable for the rest of your life. She points out that beating yourself up for eating too many calories is not productive, and does not help you acheive your goals. I feel motivated and empowered after listening. Thank you Megan!

I am so thankful I found this podcast. It is full of practical and simple ways to stay on track with your health journey. So many good nuggets of truth in here that offer so much hope when you just feel lost. She tells it like it is while also offering you practical help. ❤️❤️❤️
