Old man
Megan is the best. Take it from an old man. I know the show is aimed at women, but I listen constantly. Let me make it simple, I am 63 years old and have struggled all my life with losing weight. I made a decision in October of 2022 to figure out for good how to get healthy. Like many of you I have tried many diets only to gain it back. I was determined to educate myself instead of just blindly following a specific diet. My problem was that I had a LOT of knowledge about food and diet. And also exercise. The problem was that most of it was wrong. Having to unlearn it was the hardest part. Over the last 18 months, I went from 306lbs to 198lbs. And am still losing fat and gaining muscle. Even at my age. One of the major things that have helped me was listening to podcasts. I listened to a LOT of podcasts. Here’s the short version, LISTEN to her. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble. The biggest thing you need to learn from her is that you will NEVER fix the problem until you heal your relationship with food.
