The podcast about diet and depression has so many unfounded claims, logical fallacies, and just plain bad information that I will be using it in one of my college- level Neuroscience courses as an example of pseudoscience. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

My liver produces all the cholesterol I need for cell functions. Podcast said sugar increases cholesterol. Podcast need to provide biochemistry proof that glucose will increase my cholesterol.
