You spend too much time promoting your workshops and your personal resumes. Sometimes it’s almost 8 mins before you get to the nuts and bolts of the content, which is very informative but just gets lost in your banter with the other dietitian. Suggest that if you share your credentials do so in a...Read full review »

I fell upon your podcast by a recommendation from Apple! The program was about gluten and heartburn. I was gobsmacked. All those symptoms were mine. Thank you so much for your great information. My heartburn has been much better with taking out the gluten from diet.

My absolute favorite podcast on nutrition, long time listener from its beginning. As a retired RN, I am strong believer in their message, can’t thank them enough. A truly wonderful public service, not to be missed.

I listened (or tried) to the pre-diabetes episode. 10 minutes in I got my first tip - hire a nutritionist. 20 minutes in I got my second tip - buy our supplements. 26 minutes in, not food has been mentioned. Nope nope and nope.

I love listening to the podcast when doing my batch cooking! I have learned so much about eating away from home- and how scary it can be!

I listened to the prediabetes episode. More than half centered on scary effects of uncontrolled diabetes (not prediabetes!) I heard almost no helpful advice, and they were completely tone deaf when it came to seeking nutrition consultations even if they aren’t covered by insurance. They said that...Read full review »

Just finishing up first 8 weeks of no sugar, no or low carbs diet after suffering sugars attack on joints. ( it is an eye opener of pain!) My next important step is a dietitian, for sure. Thank you for doing the podcast.

Your content is great. Production is awful. It’s unlistenable. One person is always way louder than another and there is no equalizer. Good luck you have some smart information.

Good on these registered dietitians (RDs) for their hard work and enthusiasm for educating Americans about proper nutrition and eating a healthy diet. Anything that helps improve Americans’ science-based nutritional intelligence is a good thing. Now, nobody is perfect - RDs are human and don’t...Read full review »

spreads misinformation without any evidence to support their claims. how exactly do genetically modified organisms (no nutritional differences than any regular produce item, just allows for more affordable produce) kill the “good” bacteria in your gut microbiome? oh yea, it doesn’t.

I saw this and was excited to listen to it. However, I find it hard to listen to. They talk over each other a lot and interrupted a story that I was trying to hear. I had to stop listening because I found it hard to follow.

I was very disappointed to listen to this podcast. The hosts are registered dieticians, but they cherry-pick the studies to support the claims they make and do not show objectivity, nor both sides of the coin, when they discuss a topic. I am currently studying human nutrition in college and I...Read full review »

I understand the low carbs for cravings yet one size does not fit all. When she mentioned the oatmeal, she didn’t suggest adding nuts for protein so there is not a reaction of only carb meal. The podcast about diet and depression has so many unfounded claims, logical fallacies, and just plain bad information that I will be using it in one of my college- level Neuroscience courses as an example of pseudoscience. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

The mantra they mention is food first then go on to tell you to buy three lots of tablets to take before every meal.
