Mostly Unsubstantiated Claims and Personal Opinions
I was very disappointed to listen to this podcast. The hosts are registered dieticians, but they cherry-pick the studies to support the claims they make and do not show objectivity, nor both sides of the coin, when they discuss a topic. I am currently studying human nutrition in college and I would say that some of their claims are questionable… If you are looking for truthful information about nutrition, I would recommend you to listen to the “Food for Thought” Podcast.
